Terms of Service

Effective date: July 5, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website what2post.ai and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by what2post ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

what2post helps creators decide what to publish: it surfaces topic ideas and trend evidence for your niche, and — when you connect your own platform accounts — builds performance baselines, records predictions, and shows retrospectives of how published content actually performed. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. YouTube and Third-Party Platforms

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using features that rely on YouTube data — including viewing public video statistics or connecting your own YouTube channel — you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke what2post's access to your Google/YouTube data at any time from the Google security settings page.

what2post is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, or any other platform we integrate with. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. Subscriptions and Fees

Parts of the Service are free; certain features may require a paid subscription or usage-based credits. Prices, billing cycles, and refund terms are presented at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period.

6. Your Content and Data

You retain all rights to the content you create and to the data in your connected platform accounts. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by what2post and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other brand features.

8. Disclaimers

The Service provides recommendations, predictions, and analytics for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that any recommended topic or predicted outcome will be achieved; content performance depends on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Third-party data shown in the Service may be incomplete or delayed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, what2post shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or USD 100 if you have not paid us).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 6–9) will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date, and for material changes we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence apply, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
